Our Ingredients

Yes, all the chicken we use is certified Free Range. 

Yes, all the chicken and beef we use is Halal. 

All our meats are farmed or caught in NZ and sourced from NZ Suppliers. 

NZ King Salmon, NZ Prime Steer Beef, NZ Free Range Chicken, NZ Wild Caught White Fish. 

All our vegetables are sourced from NZ farms by NZ Suppliers. 

The Meals

If you have tried to prepare your own meals in the past, you may think it is cheaper or “more worth it” by doing so, but after factoring in the time and effort spend, is it really?

Let us take care of your meal prep and spend your precious time on the things that matter to you the most!

Our meals are all sealed tightly with a vacuum sealer, removing the oxygen and locking in the freshness. This allows our meals to have a shelf-life of over 5 days in the fridge. Our meal trays are food safety compliant, recyclable, microwavable, leak-proof and oven-proof.

Our meals are measured by cooked weight. However, if you require raw weights we can do that too!

Yes, you can freeze your meals. We recommend defrosting the meals in the fridge the night before use. 

Our meals are made fresh to order and delivered fresh to your door!

Courier Deliveries – Your meals will be shipped in a insulated cardboard box with icepacks inside to keep meals chilled. 

Yes, all our containers and trays are recyclable. However, they are not reusable.

Heating Instructions

For microwave heating, open the film seal slightly Then place in the microwave for approximately 2 – 3 minutes (depending on microwave strength & density of meal). Check the meal is heated through fully, and if required heat for longer until the meal is piping hot.

 If your meal includes a separate container of sauce then remove before heating.

For conventional oven heating, firstly preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Remove the film seal completely from the meal. Place on an oven tray and cook for approximately 20 minutes. To prevent meal drying out we recommend covering the meal with tin foil and heating for longer.
Your meal is now ready to eat directly from your container or plate.

Deliveries & Pick Ups

For Auckland Deliveries/Pick Ups

If your order was placed before 11.59PM Saturday, your meals will be delivered/can be picked up the next day –  MONDAY

If your order was placed before 11.59pm Monday, your meals will be delivered/can be picked up the next day –  WEDNESDAY

If your order was placed before 11.55 PM Wednesday, your meals will be delivered/can be picked up the next day  – FRIDAY

For North Island Deliveries (excluding Auckland)

For a Tuesday delivery – place your order before 1pm Sunday. DISPATCH on Monday evening. 

For a Thursday delivery – place your order before 1pm Tuesday. DISPATCH on Wednesday evening.

For a Friday delivery – place your order before 1pm Thursday. Dispatch on Thursday evening.

Please note Monday deliveries are not possible as couriers do not pick up on Sundays.

AUCKLAND DELIVERIES ONLY

When you purchase an X amount of meals in one order, you may want to have them split delivered over a period of time.

We charge $5.00 per additional delivery within Auckland.

This delivery fee can be purchased when you checkout.

On your delivery day you should receive a notification (via text if you are in central Auckland or via email if you are elsewhere) with a tracking link. You can use this to track the parcel or get in touch with the courier company to check for a more details. 

Tracking link emails can sometimes land in your junk email inbox so be sure to check there too,

We deliver all across the North Island (excluding RD, Rural areas).

As rural deliveries may take 2 days longer than standard deliveries, we recommend getting in touch with us first.

There are a few options we can explore, including: picking up from your closest New Zealand Courier depot or arranging a direct delivery. Conditions and additional charges may apply.

Of course you can! Our address is 6 Charlotte Street, Eden Terrace, Auckland. Pick ups available on:

Monday, Wednesday & Friday 8am – 11am.

To pick up on a Monday your order must be placed before 1PM the day before (Sunday)

To pick up on a Wednesday your order must be placed before 1PM the day before (Tuesday)

To pick up on a Friday your order must be placed before 1PM the day before (Thursday)

Cancellations

Any cancellations must be made before 1:00pm prior to the delivery date to qualify for a full refund.

All refunds are issued as store credit.
